Daughter-in-law
well the move is over, except for the cleaning of the refrigerator at the old apartment, but I'm still waiting for that magical time when I have nothing to do but sit at my desk and draw. I'm happy to help my in-laws with wahtever they need, but it is so frustrating to not be asked directly for anything. I always get the last minute, 'you're taking Mandy here', or 'you're picking Alex up.' Ok, i'm just annoyed i missed the first half of Smallville.

Ok, I Tivoed It... so I'll save it for you.
Lauren,
Welcome! So glad you're here, I knew you would join the blog community.
Wow, I don't know where to start here, so I'll just start...here. You're work is so incredible...thank you for sharing it with us. Are you going to make prints to sell? If so, I will buy. I really love your favorite and your first work as well...
The move is pretty big, and while things might be awkward now, I think the changes will present you with inspiration (and maybe some time) for your work.
I was inspired in conversation with Ian over breakfast this morning to work on a book as well, really excited, but I have to plan it out. Things are looking up.
I second Linda, if you want to make prints, I'll pay for some, especially the alphabet stuff, to hang in the boys' room. I also love your first drawing from your sketchbook, I'd hang that up for me. :-)
I'm still writing my rants down, one of these days I'll bind them up and shop 'em around.
Thanks guys! :)
